Founded in 1988, BROUILLARD has been orchestrating communications operations for its clients for over 33 years on a one-time basis, or can be integrated into a company as a consultant communicator in various departments, as a support service. As a winter city par excellence, Quebec City is, in our opinion, the ideal place to hold games that respect the recommendations of Agenda 2020, in addition to allowing our many Canadian athletes to meet again at home. The hope of experiencing and participating in the Olympic Games in Eastern Canada has motivated us from the beginning to support the 2030 Committee.
